It all started in the year 1955:

1955
Major Howard Morse Kelly and Herbert Rast found the American Popcorn Company.

Founding of Kelly Ges.m.b.H.
1976
Acquisition of chip production facility in Hollabrunn

Acquisition of Feldbacher Backwarenfabrik [Feldbach Baked Goods Factory], the largest baking production line for salt sticks in Europe

General Management taken over by Dr. Wolfgang Hötschl

Commissioning of a modern logistics and administration center in Vienna

The Kelly premises at Hermann-Gebauer-Strasse 1, A-1220 Vienna

1997
Acquisition of Bahlsen Picanterie Salz Range in Austria
2001
Complete separation from Bahlsen after corporate spin-off
2003
Relocation of our chip factory from Hollabrunn to Vienna
2005
Kelly celebrates its 50-year anniversary!

In 2008 Kelly becomes part of the Snack Network of Intersnack Group

As a management unit, Kelly is responsible for Austria, Slovenia, the Adriatic, Italy and Switzerland.
